Terms of Service
Thank you for your interest in B.K. Trucking Enterprise, L.L.C. Below are our terms of service, outlining the requirements and procedures for working with us.
**For Our Services:**
* We require your name, contact information, and relevant licenses to proceed with our services.
* Any specific rules or procedures from the shipper or carrier regarding freight shipment must be clearly outlined in advance and in writing. This includes, but is not limited to, start dates and the duration of any current shipment agreement.
* The shipper must clearly outline the required mode of transportation for the specified freight.
* The carrier we hire must use the agreed-upon freight to haul the shipment for our clients.
* If any particular freight requires loading, unloading, or packing, this must be specified in writing or on the Bill of Lading (BOL).
* When B.K. Trucking Enterprise, L.L.C. hires a carrier company to move freight on our behalf, the carrier company must not subcontract or hire another trucking company without our prior consent.
* All freight rates and fees will be clearly outlined in the shipment provisions.
**Payment and Communication:**
* For payment, we require a clear invoice from the carrier, including the company's name, address, EIN, and bank account information for direct deposit.
* In case of any invoice discrepancy, we will require copies of the BOL and/or load tickets to resolve the issue promptly.
* We expect full communication regarding shipment status, delays, and any issues concerning freight delivery.
**Insurance and Liability:**
* The carrier's liability insurance coverages, cargo insurance, worker's compensation, and general liability must be presented upon request.
* B.K. Trucking Enterprise, L.L.C. must be named as an additional insured on the policy, along with a waiver of subrogation stating, "B.K. Trucking Enterprise, L.L.C. will not be held liable for any claims or damages."
* B.K. Trucking Enterprise, L.L.C. reserves the right to discontinue any service agreement with any carrier or shipper at our discretion.
